On An Infected Computer

Just wanted to say as big thank you for getting us up and running again. We were all very pleased to get the pc back so quickly and shall have no hesitation in putting your name forward should anyone have problems with their computer systems. I will get in touch nearer the time to update the ESET Smart Security System which my daughter tells me is “a lot better than the other one”! CS. (This computer was infected. We quickly had it up and running again and advised re Eset Smart Security to prevent the problem re-occurring.)

On Loaning A Temporary Computer, Whilst We Built A New One.

Just a quickie to say thanks for the temporary computer, its working fine! Look forward to hearing from you regarding the new one some time soon. Cheers DM (This client wanted a new computer building, but still needed the old one which had developed a fault and was no longer repairable. We swapped the components from the old system into a new case, so the client could still conduct his business whilst the new one was built.)

Excellent service.Needed new system and was supplied/installed in a matter of days.Unfortunately picked up a virus but after a phone call it was quickly fixed by a visit to my home address.Asked for advice and received a quick e mail giving good advice.
