FIXED labour fees, which means that provided your computer requires no new parts, we will charge you between £10 and £25, all inclusive. How does this work? We have a minimum charge of £10 if we can fix your computer within 30 minutes, this covers a quick, minor solution. In cases such as removal of a virus or a similar repair that takes more than 30 minutes or less than an hour, we have a fixed fee of £15 (not including any new parts). Finally, over an hour but no limits as to how long the problem takes to detect and fix, our all inclusive labour charge is set at just £25 (again, does not include any new parts). We offer the cheapest repairs and labour costs locally, if not nationally and also, our standard service charge (£25) includes automatic backup of your personal documents including word processor documents, spreadsheets, powerpoint type presentations, music collection, photographs, stored emails in MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail. All backed up documents are put back on your computer before you get it back again and at no additional cost. (Please note however, that additional charges could be made in cases of excessive ammounts of data. Please check with us first).
